Partners in life and trade, Nicole Dobarro and Marty Siggins are the heart and soul behind Mauma. Shaped by their experiences as fine dining chefs and familial memories where food was a unifier, Nicole and Marty understand the power of preparing food with great care and ingredients.
Mauma’s offerings reflect Nicole’s Korean heritage and recipes passed down from her family. Taking inspiration from the land around us and traditional methods they bridge Korean flavors with seasonal ingredients.
Based in Marty’s hometown of Marin and serving the entirety of San Francisco, Mauma is proud to call the Bay Area home.
