Our meals are made to support you through your postpartum period whether it be right when baby arrives or for weeks and months following. We strive to offer a balanced and nutritious menu without the stress of doing it all yourself. We're here to lend a hand when you're adjusting to life with your newest addition. Because our meals are intentionally created with nourishment and flavor in mind, they can support your partner and other family members. We believe our meals offer a way to set up lasting health for you and your family.

All of our meals can stay fresh for up to five days in the fridge. Our kimchis and fermented products last up to six months when properly sealed.
